1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, creating an account, accessing, or using the Testers Hub mobile application or website (testers-hub.online), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform immediately.
2. Scope of Service & Platform Mission
Testers Hub is a reciprocal, peer-to-peer developer collaboration network engineered to help Android creators fulfill Google Play Console's 14-day closed testing requirements (minimum 12 testers for 14 continuous days for personal developer accounts created after November 13, 2023). Developers test each other's applications, submit constructive feedback, track test engagement, and collaborate in synchronized cohort squads.
3. Community Code of Conduct & Anti-Abuse Rules
To guarantee authentic testing environments that pass Google Play manual reviews, all members must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- No Early Uninstalls: When joining a 14-Day Squad or accepting a testing assignment, you must keep the peer application installed on your Android device for the complete 14-day testing period.
- Continuous Daily Engagement: Squad members are required to perform daily app launches and check-ins throughout the testing track.
- Genuine & Constructive Feedback: Reviews, bug reports, and UX suggestions must reflect genuine human testing. Bot testing, automated spam, or copy-pasted nonsense reviews are strictly prohibited.
- Strikes & Forfeiture Policy: Failing to perform daily check-ins, early uninstallation, or submitting spam feedback will result in official Strikes. Accumulating 3 strikes results in disqualification from the squad, forfeiture of coin stakes, and potential account termination.
4. Virtual Currency & Store Purchases
The Testers Hub ecosystem operates with two distinct virtual utility tokens:
- Coins : Earned through active participation in testing tasks, checklist submissions, and completing squad cohorts. Coins can be used to launch community testing campaigns and stake squad entries (120 Coins).
- Credits : Purchased via Google Play In-App Billing or earned through special promotions. Credits are utility tokens specifically used for top-of-feed calendar boost reservations (1 Credit/day for up to 24 testers, 2 Credits/day for up to 50 testers).
- Virtual Asset Disclaimer: Coins and Credits are digital platform tokens with no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable between accounts.
5. Intellectual Property & Developer Rights
Developers retain 100% of all intellectual property, copyright, and distribution rights to applications, source code, logos, and screenshots submitted to Testers Hub. By listing an app, you grant Testers Hub a limited license to display your app name, icon, and description to registered testers within the platform solely for testing facilitation.
6. Account Termination & Suspension
Testers Hub reserves the right to suspend, penalize, or permanently terminate accounts found violating community guidelines, engaging in fraudulent testing, or abusing platform features without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Google Play Independence
Testers Hub is an independent developer collaboration platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Alphabet Inc. While our system is structured to help developers meet closed testing guidelines, final approval for Production Access on Google Play Console rests solely at the discretion of Google LLC.
